Request a return within 7 calendar days after delivery. Damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported within 48 hours.Keep the product unused
Keep the product, packaging, labels and included accessories in their original condition. Opened beauty products, underwear and personalised products are not returnable unless they arrived damaged, incorrect or materially different from the order.
Send a return request
Use the Twende China contact form with your order reference, reason and clear photos where relevant. Do not send a parcel before receiving return instructions and the confirmed return address.
Refund handling
After the returned product is received and approved, Twende China starts the refund to the original M-PESA number within 5 business days. Payment-provider settlement time can vary.
